The #1 enemy of high-end woven wool carpets is a vacuum with a beater bar.
If your client is willing to invest the money in a high-end woven carpet, they also need to invest the money in a vacuum that has no beater bar (or at least a retractable beater bar.)
Wool is a staple fiber. That means that the yarns are actually with lots of little pieces that are twisted together. A brush will push those pieces apart.
By all means, show your client beautiful woven wool carpets. But make sure to take the time to talk to them about their vacuums too.
